Dean Elliott

Dean began his Insurance career in 1978 and his Real Estate career in 1980 becoming a licensed broker in 1982. His main responsibility is sales of Business Insurance, Life, Group Benefits, and Long Term Care Insurance Products as well as being the Real Estate Broker for the office. To support our community, he has served on many local boards as a director. Dean and his wife Donna have three children and seven grandchildren. Dean enjoys his grandchildren, motorcycling and golfing.

Andy began his insurance career in 1996 as a claims adjuster while in college. He joined our agency after college in 1999 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. His main responsibilities are sales of Business and Personal Insurance as well as being responsible for the accounting operations of the agency and selling Real Estate. Andy and his wife Sarah have three children Kenna, Adam, and Reese. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Mike Boughfman

Mike joined our agency in February 2008. Mike is a lifelong resident of McPherson and graduated from McPherson College in 1999 with a Business degree. His past work experience has been in real estate sales and mortgage lending. His main responsibility is sales of Personal Insurance including Homeowners, Auto, Boat, Motorcycle and Recreational Vehicles, as well as Business Insurance, Life Insurance, and Long Term Care Insurance.
